No experience necessary · Mats and bolsters provided
Whether suspended weightlessly in the air or grounded deeply to the earth, discover the restorative environment that speaks to your nervous system.
Experience a weightless sensation that encourages complete letting go. Suspended in a soft silk hammock, you are cradled in a trauma-informed cocoon of safety. The gentle sway and delicate pressure mirror the feeling of being held, creating a dreamlike state perfect for releasing deep-seated tension.
A profoundly anchoring practice rooted entirely to the earth. Settling into a cozy savasana supported by plush bolsters, you invite deep physical stability and inner healing. This highly accessible environment allows your physical body to fully relax while your mind drifts into a peaceful, restorative dreamstate.

Whether suspended in the hammock or grounded on your mat, the practice of yogic sleep bypasses the conscious mind to heal the body on a cellular level.
Quiet the sympathetic nervous system and shift into profound parasympathetic repair. Ideal for chronic stress, anxiety, and recovering from mental burnout.
Enter the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep. A single session can provide the physical restoration equivalent to several hours of deep, undisturbed rest.
By feeling safely held and supported, the body naturally unwinds stored tension. This trauma-informed practice allows emotions to process without mental effort.
Ashley Mitchell brings a deeply intuitive, trauma-informed approach to rest. Her practice is built on the belief that true healing happens when the nervous system feels entirely safe, held, and free from expectation.
Whether you are resting grounded on the mat or cocooned weightlessly in an aerial hammock, Ashley curates a warm, restorative container. Here, you are invited to surrender the weight of the day, release stored physical tension, and simply be.
Comfort is key. Wear loose, breathable clothing like cozy sweats or your favorite loungewear. We recommend layers so you can adjust to your body temperature as you deeply relax.
Absolutely. There is no experience required. Yoga Nidra is the practice of resting, so if you can lie down and listen to a guiding voice, you are perfectly prepared.
It is a guided mental journey through your physical self. You will be asked to bring gentle awareness to different parts of your body without moving them, which helps release deeply held tension.
Just yourself. Mats and hammocks are provided at the studio. If you have a favorite eye mask or a special blanket you love, feel free to bring it along for extra comfort.
