This evening blends ceremonial-grade cacao, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle slow and flow style yoga, reflective journaling and a playful flower crown ritual to open the heart, ground the nervous system and invite clarity. Expect a slow, invitational practice that honors your pace—gentle movement, breath-led pauses and creative reflection to help you anchor insights and intentions.
We’ll share ethically sourced, ceremonial-grade cacao prepared with intention, paired with a guided meditation to soften the heart and deepen presence. Sipping mindfully supports embodied awareness and creates a gentle opening for inner reflection.
Includes a brief, invitational intro to cacao, guidance on receiving it safely, and mindful sipping paired with guided meditation.
Through guided breathwork, slow and flow style yoga, you’ll explore gentle ways to release held tension and recalibrate the nervous system. Exercises are trauma-informed, paced slowly and offered as invitations so everyone can participate comfortably.
Practices are beginner-friendly and optional—follow your body’s cues and take what feels supportive for you.
Reflective journaling prompts will help translate felt-sense discoveries into words, followed by a creative, ceremonial space to make your own flower crown as a personal symbol of renewal and intention.
You’ll leave with tangible reminders—your reflections, intentions and your handmade crown.
Hi love, I’m Ashley—space holder, cacao ceremonialist and nervous system-informed guide. I create soft, grounded spaces for women to come home to themselves.
My work weaves together slow and flow style yoga, ritual, creativity and heart-led coaching—always with consent, slowness and your agency at the center.
You don’t have to show up as anything other than exactly who you are. You can cry, giggle, be quiet, be tender, be unsure. All of you is welcome here.
Once your spot is reserved, you’ll receive a welcome email with all details, how to prepare and how to honour your body if cacao isn’t a fit for you.
If you’re unsure about anything—especially around cacao, accessibility or payment—please reach out. This space is built with your comfort and safety in mind.
Yes. You’ll receive a gentle introduction to cacao, how to work with it and how to listen to your body. You are always invited to drink less, skip cacao entirely or enjoy a herbal tea instead—your system leads.
Cacao is a natural heart-opener and mild stimulant. If you’re pregnant, on heart or blood pressure medication, have a sensitivity to caffeine or any health concerns, please check with your doctor first and let me know in advance. We can always adjust your dose or offer a cacao-free option.
Not at all. The movement portion is slow, invitational and adaptable. You’re welcome to stay seated, lie down, or skip any shapes that don’t feel right. This is about feeling safe in your body, not achieving poses.
All of you is welcome. Tears, laughter, numbness, nothing at all—every experience is valid. You’ll be held in a non-judgmental space and are always free to step out, take a pause or be supported one-on-one if needed.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable layers, and any personal props (blanket, cushion). If you don’t have a mat, let us know in advance and we’ll try to provide one.
Please disclose pregnancy, heart conditions, medications, or sensitivity to caffeine before attending. If needed, the facilitator can adjust your cacao dose or offer a cacao-free alternative. In case of emergency, follow venue procedures and notify staff.
