If you’re new to this style of workout, you’re in the right place. Here are a few quick answers before you sign up.
Not at all. Cardio drumming is designed for everyday people, not professional dancers or drummers. Dawn will break down each move, and you’re welcome to keep it simple or add flair as you gain confidence.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you like. All drumming equipment will be provided unless your confirmation email lists otherwise.
Many moves can be done at a lower impact level, with smaller ranges of motion, or even from a chair if needed. If you have specific concerns, please reach out before class so Dawn can help you find the right options.
Absolutely! Cardio drumming is even more fun with a buddy. Just be sure each person registers so we can reserve enough space and equipment.
Life happens. The exact cancellation or transfer policy will be outlined on your confirmation email, along with any options for applying your spot to a future class or event when available.
