1. Rebound Boots: Make sure you always bring your boots to and from class! Please keep them in a safe place when not in use, with the straps in and clips down!
2. Long pants/ socks: You may find it most comfortable to wear very long socks or leggings that go down to your ankles, to prevent the boots from rubbing on your skin!
3. Water: Make sure you always have a full water bottle with you at class, I will always give quick water breaks and encourage you to stay hydrated during the workout.
