We want to see you on the dance floor! Show up, bring your energy, and let’s make this class a hit. If we see a strong turnout, we'll officially add Dance Cardio to our July schedule! Come early, get settled, and prepare for a high-energy, judgment-free workout.
No special footwear is required! Feel free to dance barefoot, in grip socks, or in clean indoor runners—whatever makes you feel comfortable and secure.
Just bring a water bottle, a small towel, and your energy! We provide everything else you need for a great workout.
