HOW DOES IT WORK
Guided Nutrition Plan
Learn to master your nutrition with an macro-base plan or an intuitive eating plan. You'll also receive a full day of eating example grocery list, macro friendly recipes & so much more.
Guided Training Program
Your training program will be designed to fit your unique situation, whether you prefer the gym 5 days a week or can only training at home 3 days a week.
Expert Coaching
Work with an educated coach with 10+ years of experience. You will receive weekly educational live coaching calls discussing various topics including nutrition, training and lifestyle. We also do weekly LIVES in our private group, where we discuss and share motivation tips to keep you progressing towards your goal.
Accountability + Support
Stay accountable with weekly check-ins, weekly coaching calls, and access to our exclusive group of like-minded individuals.
Master your Motivation: "Reset & Recharge"
The foundation of any successful transformation is staying motivated. In this phase, we will work with you to create a personalized motivation plan to keep you on track throughout the entire 12 weeks.
You’ll learn techniques to build discipline and consistency, identify your deeper "why" for doing this challenge, and create realistic goals that drive your progress. We’ll also teach you how to set up daily routines and mental strategies to maintain focus, even when life gets busy or challenging.
By the end of this phase, you'll have a foolproof system in place to ensure that your motivation stays high from start to finish.
Master Your Nutrition: "Power Phase"
Your journey begins with mastering nutrition through personalized support. You'll receive a guided nutritional plan based on flexible dieting principles that align with your goals. Depending on your preferences and needs, you'll either follow a macro-based plan or an intuitive eating approach to help you succeed.
We’ll equip you with the tools and resources to effectively track your macros, make smart food choices, and navigate social events without sacrificing progress or enjoyment.
Master Your Training: "Elevate & Empower"
Whether you’re a gym regular or prefer at-home workouts, your training program will be designed to suit your lifestyle. You’ll receive a fully guided plan, whether you're training 5 days a week or just 3, and it will be regularly updated to ensure continued progress.
You'll also gain access to our exercise video library with professional tutorials to help you nail proper form. If needed, you can submit your lifting videos to receive personalized feedback from your coach to fine-tune your technique.
Accountability + Support
Your coach will be there every step of the way, ready to provide guidance, answer questions, and keep you motivated. You’ll complete weekly check-ins to track your progress and receive personalized feedback from your coach. Each check-in will provide continuous support to ensure that you stay consistent and make the most of your program.
I have more energy to play and run around with my kids. Getting back into a routine got me excited to even wake up early morning to do my workout!

Looking at myself in the mirror and seeing my body change makes me proud of the hard work that I am doing. It makes me feel more confident. My mindset has shifted and I know that I have to listen to my body and look after myself. Take some TLC when needed and that's ok.
I’ve learned to appreciate my body for what it can do. I take the time now to take care of myself and do self-care, which I no longer think of as a selfish act when I do so. My clothes are fitting looser and I am down in sizes. I have had to go through my wardrobe and get many items altered.
There are countless apps, websites, influencers, coaches and personal trainers that are happy to send you a generic plan for $50/month.
However, those plans are simplistic, had no thought put into them, and are not personally designed for your goals...
Maybe you tried one of those copy-and-paste plans, and are here because they didn't work for you. But why should they work? We are not carbon copies of each other!

Hey, I am Sam, Head Coach!
I am a certified CanFit Pro personal trainer, boot camp and bounce fitness instructor. Through my Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies Degree (CRDS) and my previous career as a physio and occupational therapist assistant, I fell in love with helping people reach their optimal level of health and well-being! I have a passion for health and fitness, and I love giving it my all; whether that be on the stage as a figure pro athlete, at the gym crushing my workout, or in the kitchen meal prepping and trying new recipes! I believe that health and fitness are a lifestyle, not a fad. . I stand by the importance of mental strength and help my clients see their value and worth! My aspiration is to help others achieve their health and fitness dreams, as I strive to promote wellness, both physically and mentally, through my services!
