Baby & Me Bootcamp Trial Class
(Ages 0–3)
A gentle, baby-friendly workout designed for moms with infants and toddlers.
9:30 AM | Duration: 1 Hour
This class includes:
A relaxed, no-pressure environment
Safe and effective postnatal movements
Time for feeding, changing, and cuddling
Low music volume for sensitive ears
A chance to connect with other moms

Mini Movers & Mama Groovers
(Ages 3–6)
Burn off some energy and create memories on the dance floor!
