What to expect in class

Each Trampoline Fitness class mixes cardio, rhythm, and strength-based movements on your own mini rebounder. Your coach guides you through simple, repeatable patterns—no complicated choreography.

What should I wear and what about shoes?

Wear comfortable workout clothes you can easily move and sweat in. For your feet, you can wear clean indoor runners or go barefoot—both are welcome. We simply ask that no outdoor shoes are worn on the trampolines to keep the surface clean and safe.

Is Trampoline Fitness suitable for beginners?

Yes! Trampoline Fitness is designed for all fitness levels. Your instructor will offer options and modifications throughout class so you can keep things low-impact and low-intensity, or dial it up when you feel ready. You never have to leave the trampoline surface if you don’t want to.
