We know you have questions, and we’re here to help!
1. Your excited self!
2. Long pants/ shorts: You may find it most comfortable to wear biker shorts for extra padding in the harnesses! Be sure to wear workout runners.
3. Water: Make sure you always have a full water bottle with you at class, I will always give quick water breaks and encourage you to stay hydrated during the workout.
4. Hand towel: It might be a good idea to bring an extra small towel to use for padding, as there may be spots where the harness feels uncomfortable. The towel can help eliminate any discomfort and make your experience even better!
I’ll need the email and phone number of all 7 participants, as well as their pant size, harness size, and weight to ensure they are fitted properly for a safe and fun experience.
Once I have the required details for all participants, I’ll send out the contracts and waivers via email. These must be completed before the session.
All participants must submit their details before the session to ensure they have the correct harness. Without this information, they won’t be able to participate.
