What to expect

This 6-week Tot & Me Bootcamp is built around real life with little ones—wiggles, snack breaks, and all.

  • Gentle warm-up with music to help toddlers feel comfortable
  • Simple strength and cardio intervals with bodyweight movements
  • Built-in play breaks so you can check on your kiddo as needed
  • Cool-down and stretch to reset your body before you head out

Strollers, snacks, loveys, and all the toddler things are welcome during the 6-week bootcamp.

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothes for you and your toddler
  • Yoga mat or blanket (optional but helpful)
  • Water bottle for you, snack/drink for your kiddo
  • Any comfort items your toddler loves

We’ll handle the playlist, the structure, and the smiles. You just show up as you are.

Led by a mama who gets it

Your instructor is a certified trainer and fellow mom who understands postpartum bodies, nap schedules, and the realities of toddler life.

Every move is designed to be:

  • Safe and low-impact
  • Easily modified up or down
  • Friendly to postpartum core and pelvic floor
  • Doable while keeping an eye on your toddler

If you’re wondering whether this is a fit for you and your toddler, you’re not alone. Here are a few common questions:

Do I need to be in shape to join?

Not at all. Moves are beginner-friendly and can be scaled up or down based on how you’re feeling that day. You can take breaks anytime—and tending to your toddler always comes first.

What if my toddler melts down or runs around?

Totally okay and fully expected. You’re free to step aside, comfort them, grab a snack, or let them move around the space as long as it’s safe. This is a judgment-free zone.

Is this safe if I’m postpartum?

Yes, with the usual clearance from your healthcare provider. We’ll avoid high-impact or crunch-style core work and offer options that are more friendly to healing cores and pelvic floors.
