Looking at myself in the mirror and seeing my body change makes me proud of the hard work that I am doing. It makes me feel more confident. My mindset has shifted and I know that I have to listen to my body and look after myself. Take some TLC when needed and that's ok.
I’ve learned to appreciate my body for what it can do. I take the time now to take care of myself and do self-care, which I no longer think of as a selfish act when I do so. My clothes are fitting looser and I am down in sizes. I have had to go through my wardrobe and get many items altered.
There are countless apps, websites, influencers, coaches and personal trainers that are happy to send you a generic plan for $50/month.
However, those plans are simplistic, had no thought put into them, and are not personally designed for your goals...

Hey, I am Sam, Head Coach!
I am a certified CanFit Pro personal trainer, boot camp and bounce fitness instructor. Through my Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies Degree (CRDS) and my previous career as a physio and occupational therapist assistant, I fell in love with helping people reach their optimal level of health and well-being! I have a passion for health and fitness, and I love giving it my all; whether that be on the stage as a figure pro athlete, at the gym crushing my workout, or in the kitchen meal prepping and trying new recipes! I believe that health and fitness are a lifestyle, not a fad. . I stand by the importance of mental strength and help my clients see their value and worth! My aspiration is to help others achieve their health and fitness dreams, as I strive to promote wellness, both physically and mentally, through my services!
