What age group is this for?

This 6-week class is designed for ages 10 and up. We encourage mothers, daughters, friends, and siblings to train together in a supportive environment.

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all. All fitness and experience levels are welcome. The self-defence techniques are practical, adaptable, and focused on real-life safety skills rather than athleticism.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, breathable activewear that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle and a positive mindset. No special gear is required.

Who is teaching?

The class is hosted at SKFitness in collaboration with expert instructors from Badlands Karate, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering training experience.
