What to bring

Arrive comfortable and ready to relax

To make the most of your Yoga Slow & Flow class, bring a few simple comforts with you. If you’re missing something, don’t stress — we keep a small number of spares at the studio.

  • Your own yoga mat (we have a few in-studio if you don’t have one)
  • Refillable water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Small towel or light layer for comfort
  • Comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in
  • Optional: cozy socks or blanket for final relaxation

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, roll out your mat, and ease into the space.

I’m a complete beginner. Is the Yoga Slow & Flow class okay for me?

Yes. The Yoga Slow & Flow class is designed to be beginner-friendly with clear cues, demonstrations, and plenty of options to make each posture more gentle or more active. You’re always welcome to rest or skip any movement that doesn’t feel right.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in for Yoga Slow & Flow — leggings, soft joggers, or athletic shorts with a breathable top all work well. You can practice barefoot on your mat, and bring cozy socks for final relaxation if you like.

Do I have to bring my own yoga mat?

We recommend bringing your own mat to Yoga Slow & Flow if you have one so it feels familiar and comfortable. If you don’t, we do have a few studio mats you’re welcome to borrow, along with a limited number of props.
