We keep our Yoga Slow & Flow classes intentionally small and welcoming, so you feel supported whether it’s your first time on the mat or your hundredth.
Slow, intentional movements ease tight hips, shoulders, and back so you can move through your day feeling lighter and more open.
Guided breathing and mindful stretches help quiet mental noise, reduce stress, and bring you back into the present moment.
Practice alongside others in a friendly, judgment-free studio where you can go at your own pace and listen to your body.
To make the most of your Yoga Slow & Flow class, bring a few simple comforts with you. If you’re missing something, don’t stress — we keep a small number of spares at the studio.
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, roll out your mat, and ease into the space.
