Do I need any dance or drumming experience?

Not at all. Every move and rhythm is broken down in a way that feels natural and fun. You choose your intensity—no pressure, no perfection, just movement.

What if I’m new to working out?

You’re welcome here. Options are offered for every fitness level, and you can always slow down, take breaks, or modify as needed.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, supportive sneakers, a water bottle, and a small towel. All drumming equipment will be provided for you.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely—just make sure they reserve their spot too. Once we hit capacity, registration for this pop-up will close.
